You can pay for your course direct to our account or via paypal after the course dates are confirmed. You can also pay by cheque. A deposit of 50% secures a place and we ask for the full balance to be paid at least 7-14 days prior to the course (depending on method of payment). Theory work and welcome packs will be sent out to you once your deposit has been paid.
In the case of our Facial and Body Massage courses, we initially ask for a payment of £100 . Once the payment of £100 has been made your three assignments can be sent out to you along with your theory work. Once you have completed and passed all 3 assignments we then ask for the remaining balance to be paid in full to secure your place on our practical course.
Courses can be booked prior to 7 days ahead so long as the full amount has been paid and cleared before the course date. Cheques will take longer to clear and allowance must be made for this if this your chosen method of payment.


Our training venue is based at Chippenham, WIltshire or we can train you in your salon. However, we do not train students in their own homes. Travel costs will be met by the students and for training in your salon outside a 20 mile radius will be charged at 0.40p per mile. This quotation will be put to you in writing and will be part of your balance to pay 14 days before the course date.


Should you wish to cancel a course your 50% deposit or full balance cannot be refunded. In exceptional circumstances i.e. the event of a close family bereavement or illness, the school must be informed in writing with a Doctor’s letter to confirm the reason for canceling. A refund will then only be administered at the school’s discretion.
Should you wish to transfer a course date this must be done at least 14 days before the course day. Your 50% deposit or full balance are non-refundable. The option to transfer a course date can only be carried out once, any more and it will be judged as a cancellation.
We are not able to offer refunds for cancellation in situations beyond our control i.e adverse weather conditions, flooding, etc. Students will receive alternative training dates at no extra cost.

Missed classes

Failure to attend a course will result in loss of all payments.


If you have booked a course on a special offer rate or you are booked on one of our free workshops, you will not be able to transfer the course date and your deposit and/or full payment will be charged.

Course dates

The school reserves the right to alter course dates without liability. In the case of a course being transferred by the school or being cancelled due to tutor illness, the student will have the right to a full refund or to receive alternative training dates at no extra cost.

Course content

To keep up to date with fast changing trends in the industry, the school reserves the right to alter course content without prior warning to the student.

Course times

All course day times are approximate, some days will run over the scheduled time and some days will take less time. All teaching will be of the same standard on every course, however, some students learn more quickly than others and can result in a shorter time in the classroom. No discount will be given if the course work is completed in a shorter time and students finish earlier than scheduled.

Special needs

We do ask that students who enrol on our courses have a good understanding of written and spoken English for them to gain the most knowledge from the work we set. However, we are able to help in many ways with special or language needs.
If English is not the student’s first language, or you have special needs, then please contact us to see if there are ways we can help you with your studies.
We will advise the student in the best possible way for them to develop their studies. It might mean that our courses do not offer them what they require but we can help and advise a student to follow the correct path.


In order for our courses to run smoothly we may require you to bring a model with you for practical sessions. This will normally be arranged prior to the course date.

Enrollment packs

In your enrolment pack you will receive full details of your course, your theory study work or assignment, the overview of your practical day, what assessment criteria you will be required to meet, directions to our school (if applicable), student kit details, order forms and how to get Insurance once you receive your Certificate.


Should you fail a written or practical assessment you can re-take once at no extra cost. Should you fail this assessment a second time, a nominal fee will be charged to re-take a second time. Theory assessments can be re-taken in the students free time and re-submitted via post or email, however practical sessions will need to be re-taken at our training school and not in the student’s place of work.
In the instance of a student failing one module of a combined course (e.g Beauty Therapy Certificate) just this one module will be re-taken The student will not, however receive the full certificate until all course modules have been passed.

Delivery of certificates

Certificates will be given to the student normally on the day or if run at a different venue will be sent to the student approximately 2-4 weeks after passing the course. The student will be informed by email or text when the certificates have been posted out.
