Written and Practical Assessments
Body Massage Theory work will be carried out at the student’s home and then 3 written assignments will be sent into the school for marking prior to the practical training. Each assignment must be passed before progressing to the next stage.
There will follow a 2 Day Practical session with a written and practical exam. Students will then be required to submit two case studies before their final marks are graded. Students must have a pass rate of at least 40% to attain a Pass, 60% to attain a Merit and at least 80% to attain a Distinction.
There is no entry requirement for this course.
Once you have successfully completed the full course, including passing your 3 written assignments, you will then receive “The Essential Beauty Training Diploma in Body Massage Therapy” at either a Pass, a Merit or a Distinction Level. After completion of the practical and theory courses, students will be required to submit two case studies to the school to receive their certificates.
Each assignment can be re-submitted if a student should fail.
Payment for assignments will initially be taken at a cost of £75 for the three assignments. To enrol on the Practical course a full payment of £400 must be made at least 7 days before the course date to secure a place.
Should a student fail the written or the practical exams then they will get a chance to re-sit on a future date, at no extra cost, arranged between the training school and the student.
